From reading the thread, I believe the email to Apple was asking for a
beep when the level becomes level.
Also, the update is IOS 7.0.3 and not 7.3.

One of the problems which was fixed with IOS 7.3 is that the level
calibration is fixed. This is true when vertical, horrizontal or flat.
I only wish that their was a beep at zero.
