Hi all. Well, I don't understand what happened here, but I guess is a problem with my apple account. I had for my personal use, an iPhone 4, and I had the back up of this iPhone in my personal computer. Well, I bought a new iPhone 5s, and I setup it like my new iPhone, installing the back stored in my computer, and using the apple account that I was using with my old iPhone 4. Ok, my iPhone 5s has the same apps, and the same contacts, and everything fine. But I have been taking my iPhone 4 of for a little while off, and the battery drop down until 3%, and after charged it a little bit, I turned it on. Surprise. It is asking me a password, a password that I never give to this iPhone 4. I tried to use the same password that I have in my iPhone 5s, but it didn't work. How can I unlock the iPhone 4, when it is asking me a password that I never gave to this device, or it is not the password that I use always. I was trying to do that I read here, create another apple account, restore my old iPhone 4, and setup it as factory settings, but it doesn't want to connect to my computer, because I have to entry the password first. What can I do if I do not know this password? Help! Pablo
