Hi, I've been in touch with the VoiceDream developer to report that I can't use the gestures in the latest release to move back or ahead by sentence. The documentation says to use a two finger swipe left or right, and I couldn't get either to work.
He responded that VoiceOver hijacks the gestures he tries to implement, but that there is a viable work-around. Flicking up or down while focus is still on the play/pause button works the same way the fast forward and rewind buttons used to. So, IMHO, it's a cleaner interface with the same functionality. I discovered for myself that you just swipe up or down on the navigation unit button to change that setting.
