I am trying to create a new folder the old way, by dragging one app on top of another. When I do this in 7.03. only similar apps will create a new folder. Then, when I two finger double tap and hold to edit the name, the new name will not stay.
When I turn off VO. my wife has no problems creating a new folder and then changing its name. Have things changed in IOS 7?.
