Yes, thanks much, that's the one. It's a true audio feed of their cable channel, commercials and all. Thanks for checking.

I searched the directory in Ootunes and found a station labelled "CNN TV

Even if it isn't, you can add your own custom streams to the app if you can
find the direct URL to the stream, which in most cases is possible.

Grant,

I've been considering Ootunes but can you tell me if it offers a CNN audio
feed of their live programming? I know Tune-in Radio offers this but like
others, that app has some accessibility issues. I ask about CNN live feed
because it's what I listen to mostly.

You're simply dealing with some accessibility issues here, and there's
not much you can do beyond contacting the developers in hopes that
they'll be fixed. TuneIn has been declining for some time now in terms
of accessibility. If you purchased TuneIn Pro you might want to see if
you can get a refund. The iHeart Radio stations are all from Clear
Channel, and Clear Channel's stations are also available in the
Ootunes app which is perfectly accessible, albeit a bit out of date.
Do you have Ootunes? If you do, I'd highly recommend using it. I'm a
very frequent internet radio listener, and it offers by far the best
experience for VO users that I have encountered. If you don't have
Ootunes, I'd recommend exploring other free radio apps in the app
store and trying them out. Sorry, I know this is not an ideal answer.

Subject: iHeart radio and Tune In radio problems

This is essentially a repost of an October 24 message to which I
received absolutely no responses.

I just upgraded IOS to 7.0.3 on my 4-S. The problems I am about to
outline are not peculiar to 7.0.3, at least I don't think so.
I installed iHeart radio the latest version) on my iPhone this morning.
I had to
get sighted help with a part of the setup as I could not double tap
the gender button successfully; nor could I change the default 1977
birth year to my birth year.
When the installation was complete, I thought I was home free but not so.
There were a couple of icons which allowed me to search between some
obnoxious rock noise mascarading as music, but nothing I could find
which allowed me to search and select the stations that I wanted to
listen to. So what am I missing with the iHeart app?
I had problems with iHeart when running IOS 6, but I think we are
talking apples and oranges because I could select stations of my own
choosing in earlier versions, and I suspect that the version I ran on
IOS 6 was not the latest.

Regarding Tune in radio pro, the only significant problem I have
observed thus far is that I have not been successful in searching for
stations by call letters. Here again, suggestions and ideas are
welcome. Thanks in advance.
