How embarrassing! Yes that the one. It is just Goggles on my IPhone but I just Googled it and that is it.

Unfortunately I couldn't get it to read the entire screen in a truly coherent manner which eliminated all guesswork and luck but it did give me enough information to let me use my prior experience with Windows to get things fixed.
