If you go to nfl.com/audiopass, in the follow my team option, it says:
FOLLOW YOUR TEAM
Choose your favorite team and listen to all of their Preseason + Regular
Season games live. Access through Jan 10, 2014.
$9.99
Since it specifically mentions regular season games, and says you only
have access up through Jan 10, I'm assuming you won't get the play off
games, even if your team makes the play offs.
