I'm poking around in the App Store, and I don't see a page where there
isn't a free/price button. For example, I'[m looking at a page now where
the free/price button is right above the details heading. If I switch to
reviews, it's still in the same place. I'm not sure what to suggest.
Maybe try double tapping the back button.
BTW, if it's an app you already have installed on your phone, you won't
see a free/price button. You'll have an open button there instead.

I usually just use the App Store on my iPhone. After I find the app I
want to install by searching for it, I double tap the free button near
the top of the screen. It usually says free followed by the name of
the app and then the word button. If it isn't free then you'll hear
the price instead of the word free. After you double tap the
free/price button you then want to double tap the install button,
which will get VoiceOver focus, so it should be easy to find. You may
then have to enter your Apple ID and password, and it should install.

I am in the app store, but there is no button that says free or the
price any more. There is a button that says share, 1 that says related,
and than the app screen shot. The install button or price buttons are
not their any more.
