Don, you don't need iTunes for this unless it is jailbroken which is
unlikely.
1. On the home screen go to settings.
2. Then go to general.
3. Next go to reset.
4. Then go to erase all content and settings.
5. Double tap erase iPhone when asked.
6. After the reboot, wait just under a minute, then press the home
button three times. This will activate VoiceOver and set triple click
home to VoiceOver.
7. Follow the setup instructions, choosing restore from backup when
asked how to set up the device.
