Not possible unless you sync/manage your music with iTunes, then you could sync your music by artist or album, if you sync by checking all the albums you want, then you could just uncheck albums in the same way, sync your phone and they will be removed.
Hopefully Apple will put back the ability to delete entire albums or even artists directly on the phone.
