Are the books zipped? As each book is multiple files, they need to be zipped
before transferring through iTunes.

I can transfer to Read To Go, Bard, or Learning Ally with no problem. But
when I transfer a book to Voice Dream it doesn't show up in the list of
books. When I check the list of documents ITunes says I have in Voice
Dream, it is there, but Voice Dream does not have it in the books list.
What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any information.
