No, what you hear is what you get. You cannot change the speed of the Siri voice either. The only thing you can change is either male or female voice, if you are using the US english voice. If you change to british or Australian voice (UK is male and AU is female), your speaking accent also needs to change. When I had Siri set to AU for Karen rather than the US voice, dictation made a lot of errors. So, I have US voice when using Siri, and AU voice when using VO.
