Well, the 5s has a better processor, faster and it works at 64 bits. More
over the 5s has a better and faster internet connection, and the 5s has the
finger print. So they have some differences in the hardware, externally,
and internally.

As Chris said the 5 is no longer available. The 5c is essentially the
5 in a plastic shell with a bit better battery and a bit lower price.
I don't notice a huge advantage of using the 5s. I like the feel of
the metal case vs the plastic shell though. You would do well with
either of them though.
