I also went from the 4 to the 5s, and am very happy with it. I have a case by, I think it is called Speck.
It only covers the back of the iPhone, and has rubber ridges in the design to make it easier to grip. I put one of the tactile screen protectors on it. This was the best of the cases at the AT&T store, at least, to me. I would like to find a case with a decent belt clip that I could put my iPhone in to be able to carry it that way sometimes. What I have now does not add any bulk to the iPhone, and I do like that.
