Data over cellular is the same as data over wifi. The only differences are, the total data per month is usually less, and the speed is a little slower. I often play DiceWorld and Solara over cellular (mobile) data. These games actually use very little data. All the sound effects, music, graphics, and such, are already on your iOS device. Usually, the only data being transmitted is series of numbers, and that requires very little data.
