Switch your notification type to the one that requires an action, not just reads notice.

My problem is that I have a phone number some where, and with this app, if somebody calls me to the magic jack that I have working somewhere, my iPhone having the app, makes ring, and every thing, and I am able to answer the phone call, if I have magic jack app open on the screen, and I press the answer button, but if I don't have the app on the screen, my phone makes rings, give me the notification, but I am not able to answer the phone called.
