Rose,

Creating a contact from the Recent call list is super easy. Just double tap
on the "More" button to the right of each entry in the Recents list. If you
double tap on the actual entry it will only call that person. After you
double tap the "More" button you have the following choices underneath the
information about the call:

Call
Facetime
Facetime Audio
Send Message
Create New Contact
Add to Existing Contact
Block this Caller

Regards,
Sieghard

Subject: RE: Phone numbers in Messages - IOS 7.0.3

I wish they would fix the favorites, I have a couple of people in there with
same name but different phone numbers and hearing the word "call" instead of
the phone such as mobile, work, etc drives me crazy. I know the order of
what I have but I want the old behavior back.

I thought also that if you had a phone number in your recents there was a
way to create a contact without having to write the number down, then go to
contacts to create a new contact but the other day we could not get this to
work.

I often get phone numbers in Messages. Earlier I could just double tap on
the phone number which appeared as a link in the message to call. Now even
though the phone number appears as a link, I cannot call or use the number.
Have tried everything, going crazy. Any suggestion will be highly
appreciated. Thank you!
