Sorry, but I'm not sure I understand your question.
One accessible email client that works with Hot Mail is the native email
client that comes with IOS. I don't use Hot Mail myself, but I found
this link on setting up the native email client in IOS to work with Hot
Mail: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1694
If there's a reason you want to avoid the native email client then maybe
you can explain what you're looking for and then someone else could be a
bit more helpful and specific.
