There will be those who say you should not upgrade because iOS 7 is full of bugs and those who like me really like iOS 7 and wonder why you wouldn't want to upgrade. I can maybe get it if you had an iPhone 4, iOS 7 seems to be a little more sluggish, but while I have a 5S now, I used it on my 4S since Beta 5 which was since mid August and there are very few things which are slower. I doubt you would notice a performance decrease for day-to-day stuff and while it has a few bugs I find they are nothing I can't live with for a bit longer. I would be surprised if we didn't see another iOS update which will most likely be a more major release to 7.1 within the next few weeks and I am sure Apple will address some of the issues. Ultimately it's your choice, but for me there are no dealbreakers given how I use my phone.
