I have both Ultrathin Keyboard cover for iPad and iPad Mini by Logitech. I love it. I believe they just release the Ultrathin Keyboard Cover for iPad Air. They are not as raise keys as you may get for a normal plustic full size keyboard for windows, but they are very similar to the Apple keyboard type of keys. I believe Apple Store do carry them, if not, you miht able to get it from Amazon or most computer assessarries stores will have them too.
