I have an IPad and I would like to know where the utility folder is in IOS 7.0.3. I did do some checking around and I am not sure if the compass and level is on an IPad 4. If there is no compass or level can someone suggest a good app that is accessible. I did a search on the app store and there are numerous compass apps but I do not know if any are accessible.
