it should be doable with vo, but no real good documentation ... what I'Ve seen from others:
ruby motion phone gap. I Myself has given up for ios, android seems a lot better in terms of writing programs in an accessible way. everything is documented well, from building an gui in xml etc. I Know, ios also ddefines gui in xml, but xan't find any doc describing the different elements and such.
