Hi Anthony, This usually is a "shake" feature. Just as when you dictate something and want to undo it you can shake the phone and you are asked if you want to undo it. I often use this if SIRI gets what I say wrong where it's easier to try again rather than correct it. In the Mail app if you delete an email you can shake the phone to restore it from Trash to your Inbox. Keep in mind, however, that once you delete something from Trash it's gone and you could shake the phone until you turn blue and it won't bring it back.
Not sure why this message pops up for you if you don't shake the phone or maybe you do shake the phone? Had a few too many beers? *smile* You know, "No drinking and tapping" *smile*.
