Hi Doug, Visual Voicemail is a feature your carrier has to add to your account. I just signed up for it to try it and after it was added to my account I now just double tap the Voicemail tab at the bottom right of the Phone app and it's like an Inbox where my Voicemails are listed, there is a More button for each where I have buttons to call back etc. and of course there is a Play button, works like a charm.
