I am helping someone to learn how to use their iPhone, in their having difficulty reading the body of an email message. They have iOS 6, and do not wish to upgrade to IOS 7 at this time. They have an iPhone 4s or five. Whenever she taps the screen to read the message, it skips to the bottom or the top. There's no way for her to actually read the body of the email.
