I'm not sure about duplicates, but BlindTunes is a set of scripts that work with JAWS 11 or higher that can remove dead links. I think it can also show you them and give you the option of locating the files, but I'm not entirely sure about that last thing. The scripts are 10 USD. You can find them at www.blindtunes.net. There's also an audio demo showing you the kinds of tasks the scripts can perform.
