Hi Amy... I am having the same problems with my phone, and have attempted a soft reset, a hard reset, and also a backup and restore of my phone via iTunes. After making sure everything was backed up, I told it to restore and everything was placed back on my phone. It seems somewhat better but I'm not sure it is entirely well. It acted a bit weird a little while ago. I sure hope the next upgrade fixes this and that it comes soon as it is very frustrating to not have a reliable phone! Good luck with yours.
