This is probably my favorite recipe app for iOS, because of the way it lets you find and import recipes from many top recipe sites around the world, import your own recipes, and use the meal planner and shopping tools to sync with the Paprika app across all iOS devices and Mac apps (and Android devices with the Paprika app, if you have it) via the cloud.
