Hi, I'm totally blind and can do this. Most of the time it only takes
one try. All I can say is make sure you have good lighting and practice.

I've been using the Chase app, or at least most of its functions for a
couple of years and have never had a problem with it. One thing that I've
never tried, though, is scanning a picture of a check using the Chase app
and depositing it into my account. I seem to recall hearing sighted people
say that you can do that and I'd like to give that a try, though I rarely
get paper checks from anybody anymore. All money that I receive is either
cash or electronic deposit.
