Asking for a friend. She has a regular iPad bought in 2012, not sure what it is called but same as mine. She was doing email and checking junk. Two emails were in junk, but these 2 emails she cannot delete or move anywhere. I had her completely turn off iPad and turn back om. They were still there and still could not be deleted or moved. Next I had her do a reboot holding home and off/on button for 10 seconds. They are still there and not able to be deleted or moved. Anything else we can try? Could she somehow have a virus? Any help is deeply appreciated.
