Hello. I was wondering how I go about restoring my iPhone as a new device.
After visiting the Apple store today, they have determined that there must be a
deep seeded issue within the operating system that makes voiceover stop working
from time to time. Another problem I am having with my device is that it
prompts me for my iCloud pass word or my apple ID pass word every other day.
When I enter in what I know for sure is the correct pass word, it says it is
not correct and prompts me to reset it.

Has anyone had either of these issues? If so, what did you need to do about it?
If you needed to do a full system restore to reset it back as though you just
got it from the factory, what tips and tricks can you give me on how to do that
as successfully as possible? If you tried something different to stop the
occasional voiceover malfunction and the prompt for your pass word every other
day, please let me know that too. Thank you. Any help would be appreciated.
