Hello all, I am not using the Google Drive app yet, but I do have some questions on accessing Google Drive using my PC running Windows 7. If someone can please write me off list, that would be helpful.

I do have photo stream off and I was wondering if this would make a difference or not in uploading them to Google Drive. I do have Chrome installed on the phone, so I give that a try also.
