Nope, they don't. If you want all of those other features, you'll need to buy something like OOTunes. Tunein has an alarm clock feature, but last I knew it was not accessible. If Radium starts charging again, maybe they will add support for that feature, though I doubt it. The interface of the app doesn't really lend itself to this. It seems to be designed to just give you the basics For free, I think it's great, but I wouldn't have paid money for the app.
