I just downloaded today's Wall Street Journal. When I look at the chapters, there are things like Business, World, US, Asia, Markets, etc. Those would be the sections. Then between them, are the individual article titles. As I looked through it, I think that is as good as it gets with periodicals. I thought there was something in the What's New notes that talked about a way to collapse sections in DAISY material, but I don't get how that would be done. Perhaps a note to the developer would be a good idea. In setings there is a contact us item to send Winston an email. HTH,
