Hi. it’s not totally accessible but it is playable. Just tap the play button and I think there is a play now or a start button. after that turn voice over off and tap away. You will hear sounds they change if you score lots of points. I believe there is a pod cast on apple vis regarding either bubble island or diamond dash which will explain this better than I am at the moment.
