Hi,
Yeah, that's a bug that introduced in the first release of IOS 7. It's
still around in IOS 7.0.4. If you're having this problem, go into Settings,
then General, and reset all settings. You won't lose data, but you'll have
to reconfigure a few things. Once that's done, take volume out of the
rotor.
