Open the individual apps and it may install the downloads. If that doesn’t work, turn the phone off and back on and try again, opening the app if necessary to make the install finish.

I am using my IPhone 4s and when trying to update the app store seems to be stuck it says there are 4 updates and they all seem to be stuck. there is one for prismo, Skype for I phone and 4 square as well as degreese. they all say either connecting or cancel download and the download is at 0 percent.
