I was missing the last, all important step re adding Bard books through iTunes: hitting the Sync button. I was following instructions from can't-remember-where and didn't hit the Sync button because there was nothing in the directions about doing that. I'm new to file sharing; I know you can do it, but haven't had a reason to try it till now. It didn't click that iTunes was the link between the computer and the iDevice, that I have to sync/give the OK for the transfer to the iPod via iTunes. But . I've only been able to download _one book. I tried replicating the steps and haven't been successful. I get the three tone chime from iTunes that seems like a sync happened, and the Documents portion of the Bard Mobile app is blank. But no doorbell on Berd Mobile's end.
