In the native reader, if you move to another app while reading a PDF and then return to the PDF it seems it takes you back to the beginning of the document. This is frustrating when you're in a 600 pade PDF and have to scroll to find where you were. I've also tried the adobe Reader for iOS but it seems to have it's own limitations as well, reading an entire page at a time as opposed to say, a single paragraph on a page.
