I don't think you can do that. If you open MBraille first, you can enter dot commands to access parts of Blindsquare (see the manual for details). You cannot, to my knowledge, use MBraille for text entry directly inside Blindsquare though, you have to start in MBraille and use its commands to activate Blindsquare.
