Okay, I found this by pure accident. I was using my bt keyboard with my iPhone 5s using IOS7. And was replying to an email. Forgot I was on my phone, and thought I was on my mac, and I used the command command shift d to send the message. To my surprise, it worked. I tested it a second time using my iPad air. And it worked again. So if you are using the apple bt keyboard, or any bt keyboard that has the option and command key on the right and left hand side, this command to send an email should work. I am using a bt keyboard now, and I am pretty sure it will work to send this message. HTH Î
