On Voice Dream, double tap on the add button in the lower left corner and select Dropbox as your source.
This assumes you have set up Dropbox in Voice Dream's settings. Then, browse to the location of the book and double tap on it and Voice Dream should import it. Just follow the prompts at that point. Voice Dream reads HTML files, as does the iPhone.
