Hi Amy, Any of the OCR apps would work but results will depend on how well you can aim and hold the iPhone and how good the receipts are. Some receipts are even hard to read for a sighted person. I think most people here would say Prizmo or Text Grabber, some also like Text Detective.
Talking Goggles still works for me, i.e. if I put it in video mode it still talks automatically when I show it something where it recognizes text.
