You have to have a gmail account. If you do, then just go to Voice.google.com and set it up there. I don't recall the exact set up, but you may need sighte help to get past the captcha. Someone else could correct me on this as it's been a while since I went through the process of setting a GV number. Google vvoice numbers are great. I have a total of three. Two business and one personal.
