Hi DJ, The Paprika app is very accessible although it's not strictly a cookbook app, it's more of a recipe management app. What I like about it over a cookbook is that it has a built-in browser and I can search for a recipe, then if I find a recipe I like from a number of the major sites which are all supported by the app, I can import the recipe into the app. It nicely organizes it with all Ingredients getting pulled into the Ingredients tab of a recipe and the Instructions in their own tab. You can make your own categories and it even has a shopping list for whichever recipe you are making.
I'm sure you get other replies for actual cookbooks, but Paprika is an app which quite a few people on the list use and have talked about and I think it's one of these must have apps if you like to cook and collect recipes. You can, of course, also manually enter a recipe, give it a title and add basic information like cook time, prep time etc., then add the ingredients to the ingredients tab and the directions to the directions tab and you are done.
