I am from Michigan as well. For Spartin games I listen to 760 WJR using the 
ootunes app. Although you can't directly do this on your apple TV you can 
airplay from your iphone to the apple tv. I believe Wolverine games are on 
950 WWJ but since I prefer my football teams to play in bowls that arn't 
sponcered by sports bars I'm not sure how hard it is to find the games. For 
general college football I'd look at the all football app. It has a list of 
division 1A teams with radio stations that cary the games. I'd say I can 
get about 70% of the college football games I want on it. Once again 
airplay from an iDevice to the apple tv is your friend.
