How does one highlight text like this, in order to delete? I've been going to Insertion Point at End, then deleting each character. Highlighting and deleting certainly sounds much easier and faster. I reopened it and you are presented with the same 2 edit fields. Hence, Tap on the first one and it will probably state "Untitled Note." Delete this and insert your own title. HTH.
