Hi Kim, The only single ear piece which apparently can do this is the Plantronics Voyager Legend HD. I have had 2 or 3 high-end earpieces, Jawbone, Plantronics and the one I currently use, the Jabra Supreme, and none of them have Play/Pause function. I always thought it was strange how this is standard on even cheaper stereo Bluetooth headsets, but ever since Audible fixed their resume playback after a phone call I really don't care so much any more.
