I'm not sure what is going wrong with yours. You may need to reinstall int. Mine worked right off the bat with my not having to do anything. Even plotting a route was easy to do. **** If we can't look at ourselves, and ask, why? then where does the learning start?

I listened to the instructions but, no matter what I do, I can’t get it to do anything after leaving my house.
