Hello, if you go to where it says reasons and click on either one of the channels or individuals name. And then you won't lie click on a button that says show details and then click on the button that says history. Then it will bring up all the recent messages that were sent. As far as texting the Zello the only thing that you can do is send alerts to contacts and those do not show up in your reasons I don't believe.
